Every order is custom made using your own photos, so I take great care to ensure your keepsake is made to the highest standard before it is shipped.

Processing Time

As each item is made especially for you, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be created before it is dispatched.

During busy periods or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is an unexpected delay, I'll contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from New Zealand using a tracked courier service where available.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Delivery times are determined by the courier and may vary depending on your location.

Delivery Delays

While every effort is made to ensure your order arrives promptly, Memories to Magnets NZ is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather events, or other circumstances outside of my control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and your order is returned, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact me as soon as possible so I can work with you to resolve the issue.

If your order has been damaged during shipping, please include photographs of the packaging and the item when you get in touch.
