A: Absolutely! We love creating magnets that reflect your memories. Make sure you are using a clear, high quality photo for the best result. By uploading a photo, you're confirming that you own it, took it, or have legal permission to use it.  For best results, keep people and important details away from the edges, as slight cropping may occur. 

Q: How long does it take to make my magnets?
A: Most orders take 2-4 business days to produce. Custom or large orders may take a bit longer.

Q: Do you offer rush orders?
A: Yes! If you need your magnets sooner, contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We only ship within New Zealand.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Q: Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?
A: Yes! Contact us with your order details and we’ll provide a custom quote.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Pay.

Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Since everything is custom made, we don't do refunds - Your satisfaction is important to us. If there’s a problem with your order, reach out and we’ll work to make it right. 

Q: Are your magnets suitable for outdoor use?
A: Our magnets are designed for indoor use. They may fade or peel if exposed to the elements for long periods.
