Refund & Returns Policy

Every keepsake from Memories to Magnets NZ is made especially for you using your own photos. Because each order is personalised, I can't accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong item.

Please take a moment to check your photos, spelling and order details carefully before placing your order.

If there's a problem with your order

I want you to love your keepsake. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or I've made a mistake, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number.

• A brief description of the problem.

• A few clear photos of the item (and the packaging if it was damaged during delivery).

I'll always do my best to make things right. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement or a refund.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
